Zurich Malaysia

In 2017, Zurich Malaysia reached out to iPartnership to assist them in moving their headquarters from Menara Zurich in Bangsar to KL Eco City, a new cluster of luxury commercial towers in Kuala Lumpur.

The new office presence reflects Zurich Malaysia’s aspiration for a more open office with a focus on transparency and collaborative practices. The staff were structured across eight floors, each distinct from the other by use of colour codes and a graphical language that highlights Zurich’s core business values.

Collaboration is brought to the forefront of the work environment by placement of discussion spaces right by the entrance into each floor, setting the tone of the team’s core beliefs.
