iPartnership was approached by TNS to help them create and move into a new working space tailored to suit their workforce of young creatives. We began our process by having in depth discussions about how they operate as a business and the different tasks that needs to be done daily. What resulted was an office where the majority of desks are unassigned to a particular person. We allocated lockers for everyone around the office and gave the staff the freedom to choose where and when they would get work done for the day depending on the teams they are assigned to. We also created quiet zones within the work place for individuals to step into when they required privacy and quiet to do focused work. Visually, the material selection and style selected represents the Malaysian identity and vibrancy.
