Spice Convention Centre

On the back of the successful completion of the Setia City Convention Center in Shah Alam, Selangor, iPartnership have been appointed to lead the Interior Architectural Design of this larger Convention Centre and Exhibition Hall for the same client. This project includes the refurbishment of the existing Penang International Sports Arena and the Existing Aquatic Centre in the South of the Island. iPartnerships scope is to provide full interior architural design and implemantion to the completion of the project. This new 242,000 sq.ft. construction project shall be a subterranean building with elevated roof gardens and decks. This Convention and Exhibition Centre shall house 4 large exhibition halls, meeting rooms, functions rooms , pre function and breakout rooms.
