The Lend Lease office at Menara Binjai exemplifies a diverse and collaborative workspace. From the outset, we wanted to organize the general workspaces, meeting rooms and breakout areas to receive maximum natural light as this allows for maximum views to the outside; creating a sense of openness and visual comfort.

One is able to have clear long views of the entire office from the reception entrance area as office circulation is free and unobstructed by internal walls.

Sporadically, throughout the entire office are various types of breakout rooms and meeting areas to make collaboration accessible for greater discourse and the exchanging of ideas.
