The highlight of Datacom’s Kuala Lumpur office is the young, dynamic makeup of Malaysia’s urban demographic and their desire for a community-focused work environment. The office space reflects the aspiration of urbanites to work in spaces that allow for peers to connect beyond the requirements of work.

A variety of types of spaces are provided throughout the office to allow for an instantaneous shift between doing focused work within a quiet pod to collaborating with a larger team, all within proximity of each other.

Additionally, a large part of the floor plan is designated as a town hall that features reconfigurable furniture set-ups. This is done in respect to Datacom’s team as end users and allows for them to reconfigure spaces as they see fit.
