CTOS is Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency who facilitate credit extensions for individuals and businesses by providing information to both credit grantors and receivers. We facilitated the design and construction of their new offices spanning two floors with specific area designations for public access and consultations and other areas for selected staff only. However, even within the more private working spaces, we made adjustments for the small cluster of staff to be able to collaborate and share effectively. This is achieved by enabling the right typologies and technologies within these working areas.
